I purchased 4 pairs of pants. 2 white and 2 black on final sale. Sizes 2 and 4.
I received the black pants on August 17th as promised.
The black pants I received were unwearable. The size 2 was large and I needed to be very pregnant to fit in it. The size 4 should have been ticketed a size 12. They did not send me the size I ordered. I called. They said final sale. Final sales should be on sellable products. What I received is not sellable and would not be put out on any retail floor. No one would purchase them. The would be disposed of in one way or another. If
this is the business practice of SPO beware. They use final sale as a means to get rid of their unsellable merchandise. So, in essence they don't even have to send you what you ordered because it is final sale. I am sure you have seen all reputable businesses including online sales mark their merchandise "as is" if it is something different about the normal inventory. You are alerted by "as is" this alerts you. Sometimes you can find out why and decide other times you cannot. I would never buy "as is" online. I was sent unusable clothing ie; I ordered a piano and did not get the keys. Final sale. Should
have been "as if".
My white pants were scheduled to be delivered on the 17th. The were not delivered. The new date was the 18th. It was not delivered. I tracked the order and I noticed it was stuck at a hub. My experience tells me there is likely to be a problem. I called FedEx to see if they had any info. They did not have that tracking number. I called customer service on the 19th to inform them what I had found out. I was told it had slightly moved and I will get it sometime next week. If I don't receive it with in the next 7-10 days they will put in a claim. Suppose this was my wedding dress. Do I wear a potatoe sack to my wedding because my package did not deliver on time. No I buy another and so I did. I purchased my white pants. I called to cancel the order. I was told it would deliver on the 23rd. I said I didn't need it anymore. I was told, too bad it is a final asale. Disgusting. This is wrong. I have written to BBB already. I was surprised SPO corporate has nothing to do with these outlets. I cannot find a way to get to anyone above low level. I guess I will have to leave it to BBB.
This is all very disappointing.

Deceitful Practices

This alerts you to think twice and ask questions if you can.
My white pants were not able to be tracked by FedEx. I called customer service. They said I had to wait 7-10 days from the day I called 8/19. I was not going to wait maybe another 10 days to possibly not have my pants. I called to cancel on the 22nd. She said it was going to arrive on the 23rd. I said the same to her. She said, too bad. It's a final sale. Disgusting. This is wrong. I have written to BBB already. SPO corporate has nothing to do with these outlets. I cannot find a way to get to anyone above low level. This is all very disappointing.

Review: Dear Sir/Madam:On Wednesday January 14, 2015 I was at the [redacted] in [redacted], the mall owned by the Simon Premium Outlets. I went to a kiosk in the mall (All Cell products)I asked the sales lady for a bumper protector for an iPhone 6, she gave me the bumber and I proceeded to give her a $20. bill, as she was ringing up the item, I said to her, it does not fit, I would like to have my money back. The sales lady said she cannot refund the money as she had rung up the sale, I further stated that the sale was within seconds and the item did not fit, she just refused to hear anything I said.Not wanting to create a scene or further the argument, I went to the mall operations office and voice my complaint with one of the vendors, the mall office asked for my contact information, which I gave and I was told that the mall manager would call me.No one called me so I called the mall and asked to speak to the manager (Mr. Bill M[redacted] this is a phonetic spelling) Mr. M[redacted] would not get on the phone rather the lady who answered the phone told me the owner of the kiosk is out of the country and will call me when he gets back.I am a bit upset that a sale within "seconds" could not be reversed and It appears that this conduct is illegal. The mall management failing to call or follow up or even have the vendor just return my purchase price is unacceptable.[redacted]Desired Settlement: full refund and an apology for really poor customer service both with the vendor and mall operations.
