I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe information provided to the Revdex.com was not accurate regarding the offer to return my items and then refund the gift card I have an email string where they mention nothing about returning the card to get a refund They have not "worked with me" at all, other than to tell me I was out of luck and should have read the website rather than listening to what their employee said In addition, some of the "promotional materials" referenced that I supposedly received did not actually happen They refuse to take responsibility for the deceptive advertising by their employees and they refuse to accept that the person who sold this card was either not trained properly or is falsely advertising the benefits of this card, as I was directly told by the employee I would receive the 5% cash back at any merchant in the outlets

I am a frequent guest at the Grapevine mills mall. They have a great selection at amazing prices . However , yesterday , January 26th, 2017 at 5:30 P.M I was leaving Saks off 5th when a security guard was calling sir multiple times in the parking lot as I was halfway to my car walking amongst several other people. I turned around to address the gentleman to see what the matter was. He then initiated a search through my belongings and informed me that there was suspicious activity taking place within the store . At this moment I am outraged because I am a frequent guest at Saks let alone the Mills mall. So I follow the gentleman into the store to see who initiated that I was suspicious . Keep in mind that there were a group of [redacted] women who walked out in front of me with no items from the store and they weren't searched and there were other people who were in the same fitting room as myself and they were not searched either. I was simply searched because I am an [redacted] male . They pointed me out despite anyone else in the store. So I write this complaint today to see what is the malls policy and saks policy regarding unreasonable searches, why wasn't anyone else searched and what is Simon Property Croup and Saks off 5th going to do to change my overall experience . I feel humiliated , objectified and that my privacy and my rights as a guest were invaded and I'm going to do my best to file legal actions against both companies.

The product in question he is referring to is our 5% Cashback program.  The way the program works is if a customer uses a 5% back card at participating retailers, they will be credited with 5% of the transaction amount.  The program was initiated at the beginning of the 4th quarter in...

2016.  The list of participating merchants is available at simon.com/giftcards and is also included with this letter.We worked with this customer during the month of December.  We had offered to refund the Giftcard he had purchased, but the Guest had already spent the full amount at Brooks Brothers.  We explained to him that if returned the items he had purchases at Brooks Brothers he could, instead, use the card at one of our participating retailers and get the 5% back that he had been wanting which would have equated to $5.  However, he refused to return the products he had purchased.  Instead he wanted us to give him back the $100 he had put onto the card.  But he had already spent the full amount.
Mr. [redacted] claimed that he had no way of knowing that the program only worked at certain stores.  We attempted to explain to Mr. [redacted] that on the physical Giftcard he had purchased, the Giftcard carrier included with the Giftcard, and all marketing materials pertaining to the 5% cashback promotion indicated "visit simon.com/giftcards for the fulllist of participating merchants".

I am responding to your request for information regarding the Summer Fun Pack purchase complaint from [redacted].  San Marcos Premium Outlets did sell Summer Fun Packs and included in the package was the   following: 2...

adult tickets to Schlitterbahn Waterpark in New Braunfels - $25 Simon Giftcard - Simon Gift Bag - Columbia Sportswear Acrylic Water Bottle & Coupon Offer - Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream - Lotion Sample from Crabtree and Evelyn Although the website information was deleted when the packages sold out, I am sending you a screen shot of the information that was posted on the website.  Please see Exhibit A. You will need to scroll all the way down to the right -hand lower corner to view the contents regarding what was posted on the website.  Additionally, I have attached a copy of the creative that was used to produce 22X28 signs that were dispersed throughout the property as well as a counter card that was on display at Guest Services. We did not claim the customer would receive a beach ball or sand pail.  Every customer that purchased our gift package received exactly what was listed as an item on all signage at the center promoting this package.   Please let me know if you need any additional information to help resolve this issue.

I am writing in response to your notice dated 4/29/2016 regarding the above-referenced complaint. Please be advised that in order to properly review Complainant's allegations, we need the following...

information: 1)             The 15 digit gift card number on the front of the Simon Gift Card; and 2)             Date and place of purchase. Once we have received the above listed information, we will be able to investigate Complainant's allegations.
