Review: My husband purchased "Rush Revere & The Brave Pilgrim" through this website Simon&Schuster.com. The total price for the book and shipping was 25.66. We decided we did not want the book. The purchase was made online on 11/*/13. We tried to cancel the order via email to their customer service on 11/**/13. Unfortunately, we were unable to cancel. When the book arrived, I returned as the shipping slip stated. I paid 9.79 to have it shipped back. According to the track number, the book was received on 11/**/13. I have yet to receive my refund. how long does it take to apply a refund? I have tried several times to contact the warehouse via email, and no one has returned with a reply. I have also called the customer service [redacted] number. They state that I need to contact them through email, which I have done several times. On the last call I made, I explained to the lady that I have not received my refund. She told me she would send them an email her self.I am truly fed up, its not the value, its the lack of customer service. At this point I am asking for ALL the money I have spent. The book and the shipping charge, a total of 35.45. They also need a better customer service outlet where customers can call about any issue.

Review: On 6/**/2015, I ordered a book and paid extra for expedited 2-4 day service. As of today, 6/**/2015, eight days later, I still have not received my order. My emails and calls to Simon and Schuster have yielded nothing. Customer Service representatives (call ###-###-####) refuse to give me the name and telephone number of someone with whom I can talk. A telephone to the corporate headquarters (###-###-####) leads to a pre-recorded message which refers all matters pertaining to orders back to the ###-###-#### number and the Customer Service representatives.Desired Settlement: I would like Simon and Schuster to a) deliver my order immediately or b) give me a full refund.

Review: I purchased the audiobook set The Mortal Instruments by [redacted] for $49.99 plus 7% tax and after listening to the set the last book in the MP3 cd collection cuts off halfway through chapter 13. There are 20 chapters and 1 epilogue and my cd was defective leaving me without the last 7 1/2 chapters and no epilogue. I contacted the company via email and have had no response.Desired Settlement: I would like either a replacement set of The Mortal Instruments which has all three books as my current copy, but with all the chapters and the epilogue on the last book City of Glass or a complete refund of $49.99 plus tax for a total of $53.49
