The customer came to us because the GBS Warranty she purchased would not honor her claim because she waited 6 months to file and it must be done within 30 days. She called me and I said I would repair the "stain" for her for free. I called her...

back and stated the stains were too severe to repair, thus I would return her furniture free of charge. She then decided she wanted a 12" tear repaired instead and I told her whatever the upholster charged me I would charge her. Again free delivery and pick up. I was charged $79 and she said she would not pay it so I told her unless she paid this bill I would not return the furniture at my expense, but she would have to pick it up herself. The customer has now paid the bill so we have delivered back her furniture again at no charge. I have photos of this badly damaged furniture to support her invalid claim. Again, the customer complaint is with GBS Warranty not Simonet Furniture. We tried to help out the customer and instead was falsely accused of wrong doing.

The business was unresponsive to my complaint. I have to borrow money from my brother to pay just to get back my furniture. Secondly, The company took two furnitures and only repaired one . the other was not repaired and no reason was given for not reipairing the second furniture, as they were all on warranty. Thirdly, the warranty agreement does not say I will pay any amount. It says if the furniture cannot be repaired, a new one will be provided. The company was not cooperating and instead was insulting me.
