Response to complaint [redacted]I have not heard from the owner since I completed the job to his and the towns satisfaction. I have been in contact with his sister who is a tenant and I have answered her frivolous complaints to her satisfaction also. She has called me numerous times with complaints...

Some people think when they pay you 10k that they own you for life.The electrical permit was pulled on 5-25-14 and the job was inspected without issue, it is not customary to give the customer a copy of the permit, and we are not required to display the permit when the work is being done. I would have been happy to have given him a copy of the permit had he asked for it. He could have gone to the DPW building and procured a copy himself.We removed all the job related material to the customers satisfaction at the time. The basement is so full of clutter that a piece of old material may have been lost in the clutter and was unseen at the time. All he had to do was call me and I would have happily removed it.To the best of my knowledge we removed all the visible knob and tube wiring, but in any case the knob and tube is all dead. Again, he never made me aware of this.I am totally unaware of any problems he could possibly be having with the new service. He would need to call me to make me aware.In conclusion, I would think that a customer would need to contact me if he had a complaint.I have been in business for 37 years and this is the first complaint that I have had, of work not done to a customers satisfaction, I have always prided myself on customer service, that is why I am still in business with over 500 repeat customers.[redacted]
