I spoke with Mrs [redacted] on Thursday February 11, The waterproblems they were having before our visit on January 11, have been correctedIgave her years free of our warranty in the interest of good customer relationsWe spokeabout the EZ-Breathe and are going to wait until the weather turns warmer to see if thebasement is better now that the other issues with the system are resolvedI let her knowthat a dehumidifier might help the EZ-Breathe work betterWe also discussed the optiono f removing the unit and refunding the full value of itShe was fine with, everything as ofnow and will call me back in the spring/summer if they want to do anything with the EZBreathe

The repairs to Mr***’s sewer system were completed during the weekending November 4th, We spoke to Mr*** on November 14, at whichtime he stated that everything was O.KWe apologize for the delay and look forward tohonoring our warranty with Mr*** in the

*** ***Since I have heard this response before, I am requesting that MrB*** visit the job personally to allow me to point out the issuesWhen I asked one of the crew members (whose name I won't reveal here) if this was how they left everyone's house, he smiling replied, "No"I asked "why my house", but he had no responseI'm not trying to give this company a hard time, but the whole process and numerous return trips to my house have greatly distressed me, which is why I lost my patience with MrB*** and abruptly hung up, for which I apologize to himThe days I spent in the hospital because I couldn't breathe exacerbated my temperament.

Everdry waterproofing is working with Mr& Mrs*** to resolve thissituationJust to clarify that Mrs*** notified our office on May 2nd, and aservice technician arrived at the residence the very next day May 3rd, to addresstheir concernsThe installation had been completed on
March 29th, at which timethe foreman went over everything with the Hagen’s including but not limited to how totest and check the battery back and pumps to ensure that they are in good working order.Also, the homeowner’s manual we provide to all home is always a good resource.Should you have any questions and or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me
