What a terrible experience. I went to the Biltmore location when they informed me the MRI testing was 45 minutes behind. They said I could wait or go to the one on 21St Street & Camelback where I would be taken right away. I specifically asked if they had called the 21st street office and I was told "Yes". When I got to 21st street they denied every saying that I would be taken right away. One hour later I was finally taken in for the test, so I could have stayed at the Biltmore location and might have been taken sooner. No one had told me that the machine at 21st Street was smaller and that I would have ear plugs instead of a headset. The noise was horrendous. I have had many MRIs and never minded them until this one. I was literally in pain. Suffice it to say that any future tests I may need will be at SMIL. I'm done with Simon Med
