1st visit was for a routine mammogram. The tech was very rough and in a hurry. They changed my appointment from a routine to a diagnostic during my visit and did not communicate this would be an extra charge. "Sorry my bad" from the tech. poor communication. Next visit was for a CT scan. I was waiting for my appointment and asked how much longer and was told it could be up to an hour before they could see me after my appointment time. Poor communication. I had to approach the desk for this info.
I have never had a CT scan and the same tech talked and moved about the room so fast that I didn't understand what she was explaining. I asked could she please slow down, " Do you have any questions" ? I said I've never had a CT scan so I don't know what to ask. She became very condescending with me.
I must say The tech who did a bone density test and ultra sound were fabulous.
This is the 1st time to use this company as it is the only one in my network for imaging so hands a little tied.
