Simonmed Medical Imaging

On March 14, I had an MRI done of my footSimon Medcharged me $for this procedure
On June 2, I received paperwork of my medical expenses from AARP United Health Care that my payment should have been $I had overpayed by $(my figures)
On June 2, I called Simon MedThey had me contact the billing office in Mesa AZAt this time I was told that the overpayment would be back in my account next week
Checked - not in my accountJune 13, at 9:AM I called Simon Med again - this time I was given their billing office in the Midwest - was assured this would be back in my accountNot so - (July 5)
I called again June 21, and was told they would try to expedite the matter
I then decided to call my bank, Hughes Credit Union, they told me that because it was past day they could not put a trace or help me - had Simon Med notified me in a timely manner I might have been able to take care of this problem in a timely manner
