since it was not a plumbing problem. The consumer was billed accordingly after the business found the source of the leak.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The problem was a plumbing problem (a tub leak is not a plumbing problem??). We called another plumber who came and fixed the leak. Simons did nothing to fix any problems nor did they ever present us at the time they were in the home with a bill or say at any point we were going to be billed for looking at a leak. I was billed almost $300 for no work done.
