from Simon and Sons offered to perform a free AC pressure check, then when I did not want to continue with the AC recharge, the mechanic said he didn't work for free. I later found out the refrigerant was discharged and mechanic was either being spiteful or incompetent.
After I left, the AC did not work as before and I returned. *** or mechanic did not want to take responsibility for their unscrupulous methods and mechanical ineptitude with discharging the refrigerant. I was then rudely asked to leave in a disrespectful manner.
As I mentioned earlier I immediately went to another service center and found out that the remaining refrigerant was drained away and this reputable AC service center charged me only half the price.
came to our business, Simons Service Center, saying his AC was not working. We looked at his vehicle for less than 10 minutes and told him it needed to be charged with dye which would cost $149.99. He declined to do the service and we gave him his vehicle back. *** came back within 10 minutes yelling and swearing at me and the mechanic saying that his AC did not work, which it had not already and we checked it ourselves to make sure it didn't, in front of customers while we tried to calm him down and explain that we did nothing to his car at all besides check if the AC was blowing cold air or not. After 10 minutes of yelling and swearing at me and the mechanic getting more and more aggressive I asked him to leave or the police would be called, which he then did by hitting his tire on our curb due to the fact that he pulled out extremely fast and dangerously. He paid nothing and has no invoice or bill from us since he was charged absolutely nothing. Hopefully we can rectify this situation without any further conflict.
