To whom it may concern,

I need your assistance with resolving a contract issue with Simpatra. I signed a contract for services in December of 2019 however, after reviewing and reconsidering what I was getting with it, I contacted them 2 weeks later and advised them that I no longer wanted to do business with them and that I wanted my contract to be cancelled and that NO FURTHER payments are to be debited from my account. I was charged $599 on January 10th, I asked that the charge be reversed, it was not. I communicated again on 1/10/20 and on 1/11/20 via text and on 1/29/20 by phone call asking that the contract be canceled and that my charges be reversed and that no further charges are authorized. I have also had a confirmation of my suspicions of unethical business practices and I am absolutely NOT going to do business with this company. Today, February 10th, another $599 was debited from my bank account. As a consumer, I feel I have the right to, within a reasonable amount of time, cancel my relationship with a business entity if I am not comfortable doing business with them and if I have very specifically communicated this to them, asked them to terminate the contract, and asked for them to no longer debit my bank account. They have not complied with my wishes. I have had to call my bank regarding this matter because they have my account number and can, apparently, do what they want with it even though I have communicated with them that they are NOT AUTHORIZED to debit my bank account.
Please advise on how I need to further address this matter.
