Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This image was not posted at time of purchase so is irrelevant to my purchaseIt's best to post limits of items before or exactly at time of sale not after the customer has made their purchase And if they do not sell it in quantities of more than they shouldn't send a involve of sale and charge customer for productsThere is still a charge on my account for this sale!!!! You have taken my money and in days still not returned itI get no bracelets and you take 10.50$ from me!!!You shouldn't have allowed me to purchase those bracelets and charged me for them you have official stolen 10.50$ from me I should sue you for taking money without my consist!! Nothing was posted about limits on your sale at the time of purchaseThe company has taken the money from me and if my sale has been canceled they have not returned the money to me!! If the company does t agree to the sale than don't confirm sale give an invoice and take customers money!!! This company has now held on to my money since Thursday for a sale they rufuse to complete I didn't create this sale this company did and I didn't forget to list a limit at time of sale this company didWe are in a pretty up todate technology world all this company had to do is limit amount able to purchase or add a few extra words of text on their email they blasted out of both they failed to do!!This is not my problem I simple went on their site at time of sale made a purchase recived a receipt and was charged fulfill the order.

It's best to post limits of items before or exactly at time of sale not after the customer has made their purchase.  And if they do not sell it in quantities of more than 2 they shouldn't send a involve of sale and charge customer for products. Our advertising was very clear of the limit of 2 bracelets for .01 each. 50 Bracelets for $10 was NOT what we advertised. Once we were aware of the glitch in the system you were notified of the error. We are happy to honor our advertising for this purchase.
