I order online some Face Mask N95 Pollution, Bacteria & Virus Protection (4 of them) for $95.84 on 3/14/2020 order # *** and have not received my Mask. I was instructed that I would have in 4 weeks and have not received them, I can not Track my order on contact them directly!
Hello we are extremely sorry about the confusion.
Our store was shut down by shopify therefore locking us out of all our orders.
We have 100% refunded you and provided a screenshot of proof showing that here.

I have tried numerous times to acquire a tracking number for 1 of 2 orders I placed with this company. I did receive one package so I waited10 ~ 14 days requested by the vendor for my items to arrive. They kept on sending me one tracking number for the package which I had already received. I was never given a shipping status, to begin with, so I was already concerned and about to initiate my communique with them when the first package arrived, which consequently was the second order I placed via their website. They have since indicated that they only have one order from me which is impossible since I have two separate order confirmation emails from the company and two separate charges on my bank account.
Due to unforeseen e-commerce restrictions and policies rapidly put in place by Web provider's, my Website; Simple And Beyond was taken offline by the Web-Carrier Shopify. We still do not have access to the website and it has made it very difficult to respond or communicate with our customers. Simple and Beyond, recently has gained access to some of its payment providers which has allowed us to contact some customer. Simple and Beyond has been issuing full refunds to any and all customers that have not received their products. We are continually working with our Web-Provider and Payment Processors to be able fully communicate with customers that need help, service or refunds.
Simple and Beyond had issued Christine Yamamoto a full refund on 5-11-2020.
It is Simple And Beyonds policy to make sure all customers are fully satisfied with their purchases, and that they receive them within a reasonable time frame.

I am rejecting this response because: a screenshot with insufficient funds to process refund is not reassuring that I will receive my money. I would like to have a an official refund transaction number, not a pending message. Additionally, it would be courteous if the vendor could include a proper follow-up contact number in the event there are issues retrieving my funds. It has been extremely difficult to communicate with this vendor and frankly even if a business platform is compromised as the keeper of a gmail account for the business they could have responded to keep me apprised. Please have the vendor respond with sufficient proof/ confirmation the refund has been processed and NOT pending.

I believe they are scam artists. I ordered some items before Chrismas and never got them. They took my money right away. They never responded to many attempts to contact them. Had to resort to having PayPal refund me the money. They never responded to PayPal either.
