Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:On several occasions when I called the customer service I suggested returning the products for my full refund but they never gave me the go ahead so I find it confusing for the company to write back here and say that, normally a return of the products would simply resolve the refund issueAgain, I would like to know why the company closed my account when they know they will not be able to process my request for refund after they close it.Does it mean they deliberately wanted to deny me a refund? The customer should not have to suffer the consequences of the company's internal processesThe company was aware there was an express request for refund on this account so customer should receive refunds regardless.As already stated customer suggested returning products but company did not give go ahead neither did they at any point make this recommendation to the customerCustomer has not been treated fairly and still demands a full refundCustomer is still Willing to return products for full refunds when the company sends full return mail details Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello in response to ID [redacted] This customer is stating that she never used any of the products we shipped to her which is fineThe only reason that she was billed was because she did not buy these products outrightShe signed up for a trial that had a subscription attached to itShe chose to enter and submit her payment detailsAfter she paid shipping and handling, we shipped the products and billed her for them after the trial period ended and then as promised on our website we followed up with the expected subsequent shipments It’s ok if she doesn’t want the productsNormally a return of the products and a refund would resolve this However, the refund requested by this customer cannot be provided because the merchant account that processed her payment is closedOnce the merchant account is closed the issuing bank does not provide us with the ability to process a digital refund She will need to go through her bank to receive the refund to the card she used Her customer account is closed with us and she will not receive anymore debits to her account or shipments from us Thank You

At this point what the customer rejects has absolutely no relevance to the issue. The customer seems to be under the impression that the Revdex.com has legal authority to force an action on her behalf. We have no intention to deliberately deny her a refund and she can get a credit by simply contacting her bank.   We did not close the customers account, the merchant processor that processed her sale closed the account. They are holding her transaction therefor she will need to contact her bank to receive a credit.   We’re not saying that she can’t or shouldn’t receive a refund, what we’re stating is that it is not our ability it is the banks.   The bank is the only entity able to provide her with a credit on the items she is demanding a credit for. She can reject our statements week after week and it won’t make a difference in her situation unless she contacts her bank.   Thank You –   Customer Service.
