Simple Clean

Review: simple Clean was hired to preform a post construction cleaning on my home. They applied a cleaner that ruined the floors in the family room and dining room. She showed me the product she used and said she applied it in a bucket with a mop. This job was preformed at night; it was also the first time I saw the floors in the dark with overhead lighting. This next morning the floors looked worse. My contractor, floor installer, and painter can all testify that the damage was not there the previous day. The marks are clearly cause by a toxic cleaner that was squirted directly on the floors. [redacted] refuses to come see the damage or provide her insurance. There is also damage in other rooms.She requested payment in cash thus avoiding taxes.Desired Settlement: I want full cost of repairing floors. I am willing to use Simple Cleans insurance
