Company responded by phone 7/28/16-nkmMr. D[redacted] from the company states that the consumer was advised that she would have to put down a 15% deposit, they would purchase the kit and start getting the structure built. Mr. D[redacted] states that the consumer called a week before delivery was to be made...
and wanted to cancel, he states that he advised the consumer that she could use the money toward another purchase since she had lost her dogs. Mr. D[redacted] states that he lost money on this deal.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have submitted to the Revdex.com an unsigned contract which has no statement about a non-refundable deposit. Delivery was never scheduled because the contract was never signed! Furthermore, D[redacted] E[redacted] never advised that the deposit could be used towards another purchase. All communication (emails) and the unsigned contract have been submitted to the Revdex.com.
