The date of service 10/24/2014 was submitted to Ms. [redacted] insurance.Ms. [redacted]'s insurance originally denied the claim, numerous times.We received the payment from the patients insurance on 04/17/2015.
As a result of these findings, we have taken the following corrective actions:A check in the amount of $436.00 has been mailed to Ms. [redacted] today.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Ms. [redacted]. At this time, we request you close this complaint as we have resolved it in a satisfactory manner.
