Talked to *** to resolve a billing dispute, as a charge was taken out twiceShe refused to resolve the issue and gave me the worst attitude
Manually paid for invoice XXXXXX on 06/06/and $was deducted out of my accountThen on 06/07/the amount was deducted a 2nd time out of my account with a mass payment*** refused to issue credit for the double payment, and further stated that if I disputed the double charge on my card, our services would be terminatedThis is mafia like behaviorYou double billed me, so refund meIt is simple
