They are phoning our business every 3 minutes with no one on the line. I have tried to get in contact but they have you on hold for 10 minutes then it hangs up. I have never seen anything like this. We never borrowed anything from them. How are they getting away with treating business like this.

I had 107 calls in one night. This Mike M guy thinks he is above everything including the law. Do not ever ever ever use these people.
Approximately December 20,2019 I received multiple phone calls from Simple Loans 500 employee, Mellisa S, who was endeavouring to have my former spouse contact her regarding a loan repayment. Ms. S not only left multiple voice message on my workplace phone, but also left the same message, indicated she needed to speak with *** on a loan repayment matter, on all 5 on my work colleagues phones.
I contacted Ms. S that evening and clearly stated, that I was horrified by the messages she left on my colleagues phones, that she was not to contact my place of employment further, and that I had limited contact with my estranged spouse.
On February 7, 2020, Melissa S again contacted my place of employment, this time reaching a work colleague and stated to her, ‘I will just keep calling this same number until Ms. speaks with me’. Both myself and my colleague understood this to be *** and *** language.
I once again spoke with Ms. S, who relayed to me that as my estranged spouse had used me as a reference, she had every right to contact me.
I have emailed Ms.S*** today, and in writing informed her that she is not to contact my place of employment. I have also sent the online form requesting all communications to be in writing.
