I am very upset with this companyI have been a simple mobile customer for monthsI had initially signed up for the dollars a month plan for 3gb of internet and I was very happyAnd all of the sudden, I am browsing through my internet on the 10th of the month and I am told at 1024mb of service that my internet data limit has been reached!! I call customer service to find out what was going on and the rep tells me that my plan has been changed to the dollar a month plan for 1gb of internet and international callingI never signed up for that plan!! I don't care about international calls, all I want is my internet data!! We determine that the person who made my payment made a mistake and gave me the wrong planAnd the rep tells me there is nothing they can do about it!! Even though it is not my fault and was a simple mobile agent's fault, I get stuck with a plan I don't want for more days and no internet!! I am very disappointed and as soon as my plan ends, I'm going to a different carrier

I took my phone in to have the screen fixed they told me it would take hour and cost $I took my phone in at a.mthey had it until almost p.mthat night after it closed and then told me it would be $because they broke my lcd screenGot home went to charge my phone that night when going to bed and it wouldn't chargeI noticed the charge port was all looseTook my otter box off and my phone exchange was not even put back togetherThe next morning I noticed I wasn't on my wifi at home so I took it back to the storeAgain they had my phone until p.mI ended up leaving with a loaner phone that the home button or nuthen works on and yet here it is weeks later and I'm still without my phoneI go in tonight and they tell me my parts are in Oregon stillI'm in Arkansas and I won't my phone back now!!!!! Will not ever use this company again and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to them!!!!
