We have received this complaint and I just sent the owner of the complaint a response through emailIn our defense, we tried to work this out with the owner, and the Title co didn't tell us there was an encroachment on the propertyWe tried to work it out with the owner of the Lot a few months ago with no success, and this is the first time we have heard from the owner againWe weren't nasty, or anything as that is not part of our ore valuesWe try to serve clients, but felt we were taken advantage of with this client wanting so much $ for the LotI have sent an email to the owner trying to work this out directly, and I am awaiting a respond

Hello,The customer has not been on our mailing list since MarchOur printer prints things a month in advance and customer provided no mailing address until thenCustomer is no longer on our mailing list and this printer has been told to not keep such ahead stockMail can be thrown away.Thanks and
