Our nightmare with this company began in June and continues today, 10/03/ They provided an estimate to repair our back porch and it turned into a new porchThey have done piece work showing up whenever they want Company does not communicate well with usWe have to chase them for updates The job we were told would take two weeks, start to finist is now going into months They make promises and then break themThey order material after you have made a payment As of today, we are still waiting for the windows, doors and ceiling fan to be installedThe electrician needs to schedule a visit and they do not provide a date, even after being chased, for a date we can work with since they have to enter the house They have already lost two recommendations we made to friends as we recanted them Do not call Simple Solutions for any work unless you feel like wasting your time and being misled
I had a terrible experience with this company. I had them provide an estimate to do a few simple jobs, including replacing exterior vent covers on my three-story townhome. The manager, Brian, sent his employee with a ladder that did not reach the work area not once - but twice. He didn't bother to get in touch and I had to chase him down to try to get things resolved. After contacting me to say he had lined up the right equipment, I got an email the day the job was supposed to be done to say they couldn't do it. He wasted my time repeatedly. I had planned to have more major work done and I will never, ever use them again. They lost business because of this. Don't call Simple Solutions unless you want to waste your time too.
