For over years, I was self-employed in my home, doing medical transcriptionDue to the nature of my job in the medical field, being able to use my computer and have my medical notes transcribed and returned to the medical facilities within hours (or less for some), ANY computer mishap was catastrophic [redacted] , Co-Owner worked tirelessly with patience and knowledge to solve my problems every single time (there were more than to 10)Often, problems were due to failure of a casystem which he had never seen nor dealt with, yet he persevered until he figured out the problem and corrected it...ABSOLUTELY AMAZING in today's world where "the little guy" is frequently "dumped" for only BIG BUSINESS!
