I have been told to keep this short Hired Carmine C*** to cut down a treewas told day job...anyway its March...he left my yard in disarray..and has done a hacked up job...breaking other shrubs etc
Job was never finished and after many phone attempts I fired him,,,then he called...he was happy...said he couldn't have finished anyway because he brought in a bucket instead of a crane...he violated his contract...signed by him in January...he said he was not removing anything he left behind and having no consideration for damages done
Since I tried to resolve this matter...and had not result...I am asking that since he violated our contract long before he was fired that he pay whatever overages result in my hiring another contractor to finish job
