Review: I am in NYC. I ordered flowers from this florist in Martinsville, Virginia for local delivery to a funeral home in Martinsville, Virginia. I believe I was unfairly charged a "wire fee" of $5.00 and company has failed to explain to me what this wire fee is for.Desired Settlement: Refund of $5.00 requested.

This message sent Oct. 25, To [redacted]: We apologize for inconvenience we may have caused. The wire charge has been removed from your order. I had to cancel the original order which reversed the charges, the new charges are $5.00 less than the original charge! I have talked to our service provider & removed the $5.00 wire charge from our web site, we did not know was attached!
