Simple Traditions Cremation Services

My mother trusted [redacted] and [redacted] to care for her needs when she passed, therefore she signed up as a Member of Simple Traditions. Well, Mom passed several weeks ago and Simple Traditions has done too much wrong. They are callus and cold. They show no respect for the deceased or the grieving family. Had to cancel the service for our mom several times because they couldn't even deliver her ashes to our cemetery in a timely manner. The package was actually returned to them by the post office. They could have cared less and couldn't even muster an apology. Never even gave us a call or our cemetery a call to advise of the delivery error. They simply ignored us, leaving us out in the cold. IN NO WAY COULD WE RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY. When a loved one passes, it is a time for compassion and caring. Not something [redacted] and [redacted] of Simple Traditions could offer.
