Save yourself time, money and stress do not bother with this company! Horrible customer service that absolutely will not respond to emails. I received a portion of my purchased and only asked for the battery pack to operate the device. Then was asked for a picture for proof once I sent the proof no response!

I placed an order on April 24, 2020. It is now June 15, 2020 and I still have not received the product. I have reached out to them and they do not respond. They cannot give me a tracking number. I have asked for the return of my money as I have not received the product. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I will never ever purchase another product from this company. I purchased the at home lazor hair removal for my home. I paid Around $167.00 And it was supposedly on sale. I have used it more than 12 times on the same area and I am still shaving and it has not decreased the hair re growth at all. Also the testimonials they used were for the Kinzzey Hair removal device. Do not waste your money!!!!

Terrible service. I placed my order on April 21st, 2020; it is now May 25th, 2020. I have yet to get my order and I have reached out to the company many times and they don't answer. I've tried calling, and emailing. They never answer me. I don't know what else to do, I just want my money back at this point.
