I signed up and paid a year subscription to their online teacher training I can't get logged in I can't get to my account that shows my certificate
I signed up and paid a year subscription to their online teacher training I can't get logged in I can't get to my account that shows my certificateThe website is littered with advertisement It is hard to tell what is their and what is adsThey don't openly provide a customer service phone number and no direct email link to them I have requested password reset a dozen times trying to get to my account I never get an email to reset my password (not even in SPAM folder)
I try to use the online help and I get funneled to an online blog community I have only been able to find a fax number I finally found a number after a few months of searching It went right to a voice mail system I want my money back but haven't been able to get in touch with any human in the company!!
