Poor customers support
I took one month subscription and did cancellation before the next renewal. But they took money from my account. They keep on asking me to cancel the subscription in which the page dont show that options. I ask for refund, even if it is not my mistake, they keep my money in their pocket

into this issue and our findings show that [redacted] signed up for our Diamond Membership on 8-25-2015 and requested cancellation on 8-31-2015.  Per our Terms and Conditions agreement, at time of purchase, all sales are final after payment has been processed. Our records also show we have spoken to her via telephone on 9/11/2015 for 10 min 31 seconds.  We believe at that time the Terms and Conditions were reiterated at and the refund request was denied.  Please see attached pictures that show all proof of contact with customer. Review: I used the NCLEX75 review that is part of the Simple Nursing company to study for the registered nurse national boards. NCLEX75 and Simple Nursing claim to offer a risk-free money back guarantee if an individual does not pass the exam after completing the study course. In order to receive a refund you must meet a criteria where if you do not pass the exam, you must submit the official letter from the BRN within 20 days of taking the exam. In most states around the country, it can take the board of nursing between 4 to 6 weeks to send out the official letter. I have contacted the NCLEX 75 customer service department for over two and a half months arguing that the limitation of 20 days is an unobtainable requirement. In my opinion they have one of the worst customer service departments I have ever experienced. It took them over a month to respond to any of my email correspondences, and after speaking with a live person initially about the issue, she never returned my calls or messages. NCLEX75 advertises a "risk-free" money back guarantee, but when a contract has been made so that it is unobtainable and ambiguous in nature, then the arrangement of the contract should benefit the party that did not draft the contract. NCLEX75 should honor their guarantee or not offer it as a selling point of their product. Their website is [redacted] and the customer service number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to provide me a refund and take down the unrealistic claim in their money back guarantee. Nothing about this has been risk free.

Review: I purchased the diamond membership. I was not satisfied with the quality of the content. I requested a refund a week after I have had the membership and as of a week later I still have an active membership. I requested a cancellation again today 9/6/2015.Desired Settlement: I want a refund back to my credit card. I have that right to get one, I am not happy and I think the company should be fair and give it to me.

Review: The company offers a subscription based service. I used their service for a few months. As per their terms I cancelled my subscription more than 3 days before the next renewal was due (5 days) but they have continued to charge me. I want this charge immediately reversed, it is unauthorized.Desired Settlement: I want the payment taken after I requested to cancel subscription stolen form my account, unauthorized, on 1/26/2016 immediately refunded in full. I also suggest this business review their policy so others do not have similar issues.
