SimplePay will absolutely correct this mistake made by our advocate team.  This customer is absolutely accurate they were grandfathered in and are not responsible for the $20 in fees paid.

Review: We are unable to contact SimplePay, they do not respond with phone e-mail or any other form of contact. Their contact numbers do not work and we can not get any person to respond period. Therefore we can not resolve any issues. I need to be PCI compliant but are unable to do so as the website will not work. The numbers they have you contact do not work or repeat a message but can not get help.

Review: We are a very successful denal pratctice. Recently signed up to use "simple pay" as one of our financing options. Everything was very misleading and not what the company portays itself to be. In our contract we had no idea we would be paying a 10.00 mailing check fee. I have called the company. Spoke with two reps, and gotten nowhere. We have two patients still on payment plans for those two accounts. After this, we will no longer use the company. Based on the paperwork we were given upon signing up, there was not any type of "service charge" for having a check mailed to our office. Employees explain that this is a new policy and was not "enforced" in the past. We should NOT be charged this extra monthly fee simply because a new policy has gone into effect. We did not sign any new contracts or documents stating we understood a charge of 10.00 would be added on for these payment plans.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the 10.00 already applied for the past 2 months reversed as well as this "service fee" to mail our payments removed. We have reached out to the office more than once. We already pay 10% of each payment plan to use the service, and we were never informed of an extra fee to mail a check. This should be taken out of the 10% collected. After all, the service is 199.00 monthly plus 10% of each payment. What a rip off.
