Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The Groupon purchase was redeemed by Simplicity's call center at time of appointment schedulingI went to Groupon first and was advised of thisThere is no invoice or account number listed as previously disclosedI can offer a screen print of the account or a copy of my Visa charge outside of this forumSimplicity has collected the money and over numerous calls to headquarters, has agreed to refund the moneyThis has not been followed through my Simplicity financial representatives Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this customer It looks like we are waiting to receive the actual voucher number from this client to redeem a promotional package We do not have records as having received a voucher Second, if a candidate for laser hair removal is not able to receive treatments for various reasons, the refunds would be handled by Groupon, where the package was purchased Feel free to reach out to me with any additional questions.Best,Simplicity Laser

Hello Kelly, In order to prevent any confusion and ensure transparency we have our clients sign membership agreements that lists what the client is buying in detailI've attached the membership agreement you signed on 11/14/On it you will see the total cost ($1,062) as well as the monthly cost ($59)It also lists the number of monthly payments (18)Under the terms of purchase you agreed to it does state the membership cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferredThe reason we have clients participate for months is to ensure clients get the correct number of treatments they need to get great results and so we can break down the total cost into affordable monthly paymentsHowever, as I read through the notes on your account and your daughter's account, I saw four different employees made notes about being verbally abused by you when they were trying to provide assistanceAfter talking to the location manager she also explained that you've made scenes in our front lobby and threatened our employeesSince you seem to be extremely unhappy with our service and we feel strongly about protecting our employees I'm going to make an exception and cancel all three of the memberships your family has with us And according to your daughter's account, she has had treatments total (on her underarms and on her upper lip) so she has finished her $99, treatment Groupon and gotten treatment for freeWe feel like this is the best solution for you and we wish you the best of luck finding a service that works for youYou'll get a confirmation email in the next hours from our billing department stating your memberships have been canceledIf you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to me directly.Best,Laura H [redacted] @simplicitylaser.comCommunications Manager
