Review: On December 12, 2013, I ordered control arms from Simplicity LLC (123autoparts). The item was shipped to my address on December 13, 2013. After this time, I had to travel for work to the Washington, DC area and work on a trial for 3-4 months returning after March 14, 2014. I had not opened the box. After this time, I opened the box and took the part to my mechanic to install on my vehicle. He informed me they were the wrong parts and to contact the company in which I ordered the parts from and return it to get the correct parts (one driver side and one passenger side) control arms with bush. I contacted Simplicity LLC (123autoparts) and informed them I would be returning the control arms ordered due to the receiving incorrect parts. Unknowlingly, I did not know the parts were not the correct parts. I am not a mechanic and could not determine they were the wrong parts. The company informed me the 30 day return policy had passed and they would not refund me the money. In addition, I contacted Ebay the website they posted the Sellers products to sell to help rectify the problem in March 2014. Initially, they informed me they would do all they could to help me get my refund. Today 4-30-14, they conformed with 123autoparts, along with the third party PayPal stating neither company's policies would refund me my money for the parts. I asked for the correct product, not the refund. Simplicity stated, they did not have the correct product to provide. Therefore, I asked for the money to be returned in the form of a refund because they did not have the correct product I needed. This warrants a refund. Their policies did not state they will not provide me the correct part. Since, they do not have the correct part, the only option is to refund me the money. They stated, they do not have the correct parts for my vehicle. Therefore, they must refund me $168.02 for the part returned on 4-24-14 via UPS tracking number [redacted]Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund or the correct parts for my car which are a pair (driver side and passenger side [redacted] control arm bushes). The item should fit the driver side and the passenger side. No company should have the right to take money from an individual if they are a professional business regardless of the policies in place. Policies can be changed at any given time to provide professional customer service.
