Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The discussion about the change in financing happened on June 21stOne day after my install was originally scheduled and I had to contact them to find out what was going on Please don't place the blame on the customer for a weeks delay in install now Simplified Solar missed the install start on June 20th without contacting me and missed the install plan they provided and was signed by [redacted] for completion by July 22ndAlso this is a quote cut directly from the email from Mr [redacted] sent on Jun 21st after I reached out to him question the missed install "This extra months ensures you won’t have to pay anything until after you receive your solar tax credit, and save Simplified Solar a couple bucks tooThank you for understanding and patience with us I did not need any extra savings I did not plan to use the financing It was only in place as a bridge loan that will be paid in full prior to the end of the grace periodEven when the period was months from the original financing Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:the signed contract states black 285watt panel Simplified solar showed black watt panels on all documents to CPS The correct panels are not available yet, how would Simplified Solar have ever made the June or July install dates I believe Simplified Solar was attempting to deceive the customer and slide the smaller less efficient panel into the installation and hope we would not noticeyou will install the correct, panel upgrade our electrical main and move our gas meter per the contract We are currently 70+ day into the day install requirement to receive the CPS rebate If we loose the rebate I expect Simplified Solar to absorb the loss and not burden me with their poor performance or lies Regards, [redacted] ***

Mr*** is completely correct in the project taking longer than it should have because we changed the financing he was usingThis finance change did not benefit us at all but instead gave Mr*** a better interest rate (saving him money)Mr*** also travels for work and is gone
half of the month so it has been difficult for us to install himWe have been ready to install him since last week but cannot until mid August due to his jobWe will agree to the terms of settlement and pay the electric bills once Mr*** has sent us copies of them and complete his install in a professional manner to his satisfaction
