I took the PMI-ACP test prep course through Simplilearn and had a fantastic instructor, [redacted] [redacted] spent a lot of time taking the principles of the coursework and converting them into practical applications and actual experience using the tools through various group and individual activities This was one of the few courses I have taken that I didn't lose interest in within the first day or two and felt extremely prepared for the exam I passed my PMI-ACP on the first attempt and have [redacted] and Simplilearn to thank!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have sent the screen shot showing the date when I purchased ticket after getting the confirmation from your staff and after paying for the trainingI told your associate over the phone and chat, the reason of travelling those date is to attend the training and she confirmed the datesIf she would have told that there is 1% chance of cancellation than I would have attended the training in [redacted] onlyI not only spend air travel but taken vacation from my work to attend the training as these training were during the weekdays.Sincerely, [redacted]

Though I do not agree with the tone of the SimpliLearn consultant’s response insinuating this was an *** technicality, nor the audacity of the SrBusiness Manager to “Hope to receive many more referrals from you in future” (***), this case has been resolved
Despite SimpliLearn’s initial month long inability to issue to a voucher due to “unforeseen irregularities” on their *** account in ***, and the inability to use the voucher initially issued, e-mails later, we can put this to bed
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

[redacted].com. Since the balance is already added to your [redacted] account you need to check with [redacted].com directly as the information is confidential and they would not share it with us.
We have sent you necessary confirmation in order to claim it to [redacted] that the voucher was issued by Simplilearn.com to [redacted]@thinkpositive.co.za.

The facts which Simplilearn presented are not 100% correct. Swapna offered me courses in Pune for 6,7th for which I need to fly to Pune which require extra money in travel fare. Moreover my return ticket was on 7th which were booked based on the commitment/confirmation from Simplilearn. As I mentioned earlier the only reason to travel on those dates were based on the confirmation from Simplilearn which resulted in financial loss to me. If they would have communicated to me about 1% of these scenarios which they are conveying now I would have never booked my flight and training. I have requested Manoj from Simplelearn to refund me 50% of the airfare($[redacted]) in USD and free course during phone conversation instead of 300 in Amazon gift voucher and free course. Also I request Revdex.com to restrict Simplilearn to entertain and advertising  in US by providing false promise if they can fulfill because this kind of scenarios can occur in future for other students.   Sincerely,[redacted]

I understand that you were looking for a refund against your enrollment for "Project Management Expert". However, due to certain communication gap the request took longer time than expected to...

Your request was not addressed because [email protected] no longer an active e-mail address. All your communication has to be sent through "Help and Support" portal through your LMS.
I agree that this could have been handled smartly within time, the reason we asked you to forward the e-mails that you have sent to [email protected] was because the refund request was outside 7 days refund policy and that we needed substantial proofs to forward to the refund team stating that the request was raised within the refund policy.
I am glad to inform you that your refund request has been approved on 14th Nov'16 and the same will be processed by 16th Nov'16. Once the same is processed the amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days as per the banking procedures. Your refund reference number is[redacted]
I hope that this instance will not effect your relationship with Simplilearn and that you will give us another chance in future to serve you better.
