Simply Amazing Auto Detailing

Review: 1/15/14:I purchased 2 [redacted]or this company in the amount of $89 each and $178 total. 3/24/14 I spoke to [redacted] & confirmed an appointment for him to perform services at my home for 2 vehicles and to use the 2 [redacted] I purchased. The appointment was to begin at 8 am and last approximately 3 to 4 hours per vehicle. We picked the date of May 2nd based on his schedule and preference to schedule further out due to the bad weather we were having this year.5/2/14: I called [redacted] in the morning after 8:30 AM when he failed to show up at my house. Several hours later, around 11:30 AM [redacted] called me back and indicated that [redacted] would not allow you to redeem my [redacted] because they said I was outside of his service area. He also told me that [redacted] was supposed to contact me to refund my money and cancel my appointment. He told me how much he values customer service and his reputation and if it were not for [redacted] he would have come out to perform the services on my vehicles. We discussed how upset he has been with [redacted] and how he does not appreciate them telling him who his customers could be. By the end of the conversation, I advised [redacted] that I would call [redacted] and request a refund. Additionally, he checked his schedule and advised that he was available on May 9 at 8 AM to come out to my house to perform the services on my two vehicles. In exchange for services, we agreed that I would pay you directly in the amount of $178, which is the exact amount of my [redacted]. Before we concluded the call I asked, you are definitely coming next week, right, and he said yes, I have you on my calendar. I reported all of this to [redacted] who denied any of this happened & had no knowledge of this. 5/9/14 At 8:30 AM I called & left [redacted] a voicemail to check if he was on the way to my house as we expected him at 8 AM. He never showed up and I hired another company to perform the service 2 days later, which they did but it cost me $98 extra, which I told him he needs to pay for due to his failure to performDesired Settlement: Over the past several months, I expected [redacted] at my home on 2 separate occasions, both of which he failed to show up for & neither of which he gave me any notice. I do not believe anything that he says & he is even advertising with [redacted] again after he told me he never would b/c of their policies.I have had to take 2 vacation days & my husband has had to rearrange his work schedule twice to afford him an opportunity to perform the services & he never did. I am requesting a check for $98.
