I placed an order with this company due to competitive prices and a free shipping claimAfter my credit card was charge for the item cost, I received a phone call that there will be an additional charge for shipping that was almost half the price of the original orderI double-checked my web receipt and there was no language for a pending shipping quote or additional charges to be determined later
This company should be more upfront about where in the USA and with what items they will actually honor this claimI did not see any additional information on their web-site regarding shipping policy restrictions and if these are actually published, they should make them easily available and/or state that certain restrictions applyOtherwise this is blatant advertising and is an example of bait and switch
Waste of time talking to them and I had them cancel my orderIf they do not refund my monies this week I will file a complaint here (instead of a review) and I will contact my CC company
