Simply Baby and Kids

We are welcoming our first grandchild into our lives in September and 3 generations of our family went into Simply Baby & Kids in Newtown to select furniture and accessories for the nursery. We entered the store a bit nervous for what we thought would be the daunting task of making the right choices. We left the store several hours later feeling calm, well informed, secure and excited!! What a wonderful experience. The store is truly unique. It is visually stunning. The layout, design and presentation of the products is phenomenal. The owners pride themselves on the quality and safety of their selections and truly excel in this area. The main reason I felt compelled to write this review is to compliment the business on their superb customer service. I am finding, more often than not, an aloof 'I don't care' attitude in the retail sales arena. At Simply Baby, I wanted to invite the staff over for dinner. That's how satisfied myself, my daughter, and my own mother felt. It was such a positive experience. We were thoroughly educated on all of the products we inquired about. The overall experience left us well informed, with a sense of security and calm we did not feel when walking in. Their staff is knowledgeable, well prepared and well spoken. They have great insight in helping you to determine your overall needs. They are not there simply to sell you furniture. They are really there to help you design a nursery. It was a delightful experience and we look forward to welcoming our fourth generation child into a safe, healthy and appealing environment!!
