Methinks not All changes saved Please, please, please think twice before using this companyI called them to reinstall a new water heaterThe owner Don's son came out and started doing a rushed/sloppy jobI asked him why he wasn't placing it on a stand as we had talked about, he called his dad and his dad Don and Don denied talking about thisFine, no big dealThey finish the job and leaveI come home and my water heater SPEWING water from the top because it was not soldered correctlyI call them, they could care lessThere was no urgencyThey weren't even going to come that nightThe secretary Tom is a charlatan, feigns being overly nice but is a sociopathic creep who lies without end I got them to come that night and fix it but there was water damageDon gave me the number of a company he uses in these cases (EcoDry) and told me he would cover the costs of the mitigation and restoration through his insuranceAS HE SHOULD Fast forward, three weeks later, I still have giant holes in my wall, the restoration company is MIAI have had to miss work to be here so that they could do the workNow they are not answeringI called Don to have him see if he could do something since they were his company of choice and friends, Tom answered and just said "you are in good hands." I let him know I was not and that they have turned my life into a nightmare for the past weeks that has been consumed with fixing a problem that was 100% their faultI hired them to put in a water heater WHICH IS THEIR DAY TO DAY WORK and they BOTCHED IT I told him I needed someone to call the restoration company to get someone out quickly as my neighbor has a license for medical marijuana and now everything in my house smells, I can't even be in my own house because of the odor and he just repeated "don't worry, you are in good hands." I asked what that means and he just said that is itI told him no, that they need to provide a solution to the problem they causedI didn't ask to have my life consumed by this and to miss workI told him I needed to speak with Don to have help with this or I would file in small claims court to which he shut down and said he just began saying "I plead the fifth." I explained to him thats not how that works and I would rather just have them help me solve this problem they caused and he just kept repeated he plead the fifthI asked to speak to the owner and again he just kept saying he plead the fifthAt that point it had become absurd and more than clear he has a few screws loose SAVE YOURSELFDO NOT WORK WITH THESE CHEATS

First time using Simply Better Plumbing and I will definitely use them againExtremely reasonable pricing and ready to get the job doneVery polite and professional and just down home peopleEric did the job of replacing the hot water heater, very nice young manThe team was very efficient and job completed in a timely mannerI spoke with Tom to schedule the job, simple and easy!!

On September 28, I had a gas leak and the city shut off my gas offI did not know who to call to fix a gas lineI checked with Home Advisers and Simply Better Plumbing and Drain, Incwas among several othersI chose them because none of the other company specified they could do a gas line They came out right away showed me what was going on, that my water heater had been leaking through to my master bathroom The gas line was leaking from the water pipe dripping on itThe base had to be replaced because of the water damageSteve was able to replace that line and several others that had deterioratedI am very happy with the work they didThey all were very professional and explained everything that they had to doWhich gave me peace of mindI recommend them if you have a plumbing need

I recently purchased a home that had cast iron sewer pipes and had 5-companies come out to give an estimate to repair and replace the sewer pipesDon was the ONLY plumber that came out with the proper equipment to diagnose the issueAdditionally, they were able to come up with a creative solution so I didn't head to break up the foundation and flooring in my homeHis price was 30% lower than the next lowest price and half the price of the highest bid I gotPrice wasn't the only reason I chose him thoughHe had a whole crew with him and all of his guys were very nice, respectful and told me the truthThe other plumbers told me I would have to replace my main sewer connection to the street...Don told me the truthI've had a few leaks throughout the house since then (it's an older home and the leaks had NOTHING to do with Don or his crew) each time, they have come out the same day to take care of themThey earned a customer for life and I recommend them to everyone

Found Simply Better Plumbing on Home Advisor - They quickly responded to my clogged drain and had it repaired the same dayThen a week or so later when I noticed a leak outside of the house they were agin quick to respond and help outThey did all they could to make repairs with the least invasive procedureThe pipe was so bad that it did need to be totally replaced They worked well with my insurance company and now my new plumbing works better than ever! Everyone I worked with was friendly and professional
