Simply Business

I paid Simply Business for my insurance on October 20 and asked that it be active on the 25th. On the 25th, I called in and asked them to submit that I was insured to the Department of Labor and Industries for the required period prior to the 29th, when my current insurance would lapse. The attached letter shows that it was not done via the proper methods and my registration as a contractor was suspended. I'm now looking at disruption of my business schedule, time spent correcting this issue, plus a reinstatement fee with the Department of Labor and Industries stated in the letter attached.
