I am rejecting this response because: No matter how many time Simply Ceramics lies it won't make it trueThese pieces were STOLEN, not abandonedThey were left at the shop, fully paid forWhat makes it even worse is that some of these pieces were a part of a set and it will be extremely hard to replace them, if at all, which ads to the valueTammy made double the profit off of these pieces.To avoid small claims court, the lowest we will go is $so at least one of us will be compensated

As mentioned in the prior communications with the Revdex.com regarding this issue, and contrary to the claims made by the consumer, Simply Ceramics had made multiple good-faith efforts to contact the consumer regarding their abandoned property left at the business location. Furthermore, as previously communicated, the $requested is grossly inflating the actual value of the abandoned property. However, in an effort to resolve this issue, Simply Ceramics would be willing to pay the consumers a total of $in compensation for their losses regarding their abandoned property

[redacted] and her mother [redacted] were very good customers for many years. They stopped coming to classes prior to 2011. Christmas cards were sent by Simply Ceramics in both December 2010 and December 2011 stating that abandoned items needed to be claimed by the following March 31st...

or the abandoned property would be re-shelved. Because [redacted] and [redacted] were such good customers, there was also a phone call attempt to contact them. Furthermore, their pieces were not re-shelved until summer of 2012, more than a year after the final communicated deadline. No communication was received from [redacted] or [redacted] regarding claiming the items in that time. This Revdex.com complaint is the first contact Simply Ceramics has received from [redacted] or [redacted] regarding this issue.   As Simply Ceramics made good faith attempts to contact [redacted] and Jessica, including informing them in writing on multiple occasions that their pieces must be claimed or else they would be re-shelved, as well as waiting significantly beyond the stated deadlines, a refund is not warranted.

What makes it even worse is that some of these pieces were a part of a set and it will be extremely hard to replace them, if at all, which ads to the value. Tammy made double the profit off of these pieces.To avoid small claims court, the lowest we will go is $300 so at least one of us will be compensated.
