I live in The *** of *** *** in ***I have lived in my townhouse for a year and a half and have attended all of the HOA meetingsI request at every meeting to have the ditch in front of my house cleared of standing water, trash, weeds, snakes and terrible mosquitoesEach meeting I am promised proper landscaping and maintainance of this terrible problem that starts just five feet from my front doorAs of the HOA meeting we had yesterday, my concerns are "noted" but NO action has taken placeMy community has a gate that malfunctions frequently, sidewalks cracked and broken away, pot holes in the alleyways, dead plants and non existant landscaping in many places, mail boxes that are so rusty it is difficult to fit and turn a key inMy community seems to have a sub standard infrastructure and a builder that is still selling new townhomes without finishing the older homes or maintaining the facilities properly
