Review: On 8/30/2013 Simply Clean was hired to clean 3 rooms and 8 large rugs. My carpets and rugs were clean with dirty water. And now my carpets and rugs are worst than before they started. The carpets and rugs are very dirty and dingy. The first time I hired Simply Clean they provided a excellent service. This is why we wanted to call them again for another service. I have called the company twice and requested for my carpets and rugs to be re-clean. They have not returned my calls. I paid $180.00 dollars cash and I want a full refund.Desired Settlement: For the $180.00 dollars to be returned to me. So I can hire another company to clean my carpets and rugs.



Spoke with the business and they state they will reach out to the customer and set something up to fix the concerns the customer has with the service.

Review: I noticed a deal on [redacted] with this company that provided for the carpet cleaning of two rooms, up to 200 square feet each. PRIOR to purchasing the [redacted], I called the company and explained that I do not have any rooms under 200 sq. ft. that need cleaning, however, I do have a living room that's a little less than 300 sq. ft. and a small hallway and staircase that are each less than 100 sq. ft each. I asked if they would do the livingroom and either the hallway or staircase and he stated as long as it was under 400 sq ft total, that would not be a problem. So I made an appointment and purchased the [redacted]. When they arrived to clean the carpet, they stated that because the one room was over 200 sq. ft. they counted that as two rooms and thats the only room they would clean. The staircase or hallway would cost extra. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was one of the people who was there. He never disputed what he had told me, however, the other person said this is their policy and they will not be cleaning anything further. Considering I specifically explained what I was seeking PRIOR to purchasing the [redacted], and was assured that was acceptable, this is nothing less than fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $[redacted] back and for this company to change their business practices so that they are honest instead of simply saying whatever is necessary to obtain your business. I understood what the terms and conditions were, which is why I called to see if my request was reasonable. Saying yes and then refusing to honor the agreement once I've already paid and cannot obtain a refund is not only unacceptable but fraudulent.



Spoke with [redacted] and he states that the customer was not present during the clean, that his wife was. [redacted] explained the [redacted] and which cleaning came with the [redacted] and the customers wife agreed and signed the invoice for the work. He also states the customer received full value of the [redacted].
