We here at Simply Clean Organic, would like to respond to this customers commentsThe techs showed up at Ms[redacted] home to clean/seal tile grout and do some repairs on the grout where it is missingThe techs performed the cleaning and sealing of the tile/grout throughout the houseThis included our way scrub technique, where the guys use a copper toothbrush, a stainless steel toothbrush and a nylon toothbrush on their hands and kneesThis was performed on Me [redacted] tile/grout throughout the homeThen the techs steam cleaned all tile and grout throught the houseThen All repairs were performed on grout throughout the houseLast coats of sealer were applied on the tile/grout throughout the home completing the projectThe customer appeared to be very happy with us, and even gave the techs cookie while making payment to techs for the finished projectWe assumed she was more than happy and were quite shocked to read what was writtenWe would like to say that we have attempted several times with no response whatsoeverOur customers satisfaction is very important to us, and we hope that the customer simply call usWe would be more than happy to find a, resolution for this situation.Simply Clean Organic

The only truth to this business's response was that I did share some macaroons with Ryan and his assistant after the first day's work which was a day late, supposed to have happened on that Wednesday (6-29) but didn't until the next day, Thursday I, indeed, was happy with the job at that point, so yes, I was happy to share the cookies The job seemed to be mostly completed (tiles and grout cleaned) but Ryan said that he needed to come back and repair the grout the following day so who was I to argue with that? That was also the day I paid him in full believing in him to finish the job on Friday just fine the way he had the job on that ThursdayI'd even forgiven him for making my floor "shiny" instead of matte as I had chosen when he asked me before the job He failed to show up FridayHe came by Saturday but had the wrong color grout, so that was the end of that work day I never heard from him again until the following Monday with a lot of excuses He said he'd be back tomorrow, which was the 4th of July I said how about Wednesday, the 5th, since I was going to be with my family on the 4th and he said he was too He didn't come on the 5th so I called him to ask him if we was coming to finish my job He said yes, tomorrow So I called him early on Thursday morning to confirm he was coming over since his promises had been lame and not reliable He chuckled and said he would He didHe did the grout work but said he'd have to come back on Friday the 6th to seal it I called him the next morning again to confirm that he was coming over since my life had been inconvenienced for a whole week nowI pointed out to him that there was some missing grout in a tile near my dining room I was so done with him by then I just wanted him to leave And that is the truth [redacted] not [redacted] or ***

Last 2 coats of sealer were applied on the tile/grout throughout the home completing the project. The customer appeared to be very happy with us, and even gave the techs cookie while making payment to techs for the finished project. We assumed she was more than happy and were quite shocked to read what was written. We would like to say that we have attempted several times with no response whatsoever. WOW---Classic "Bait and Switch" advertising!

Flyer says " Entire apartment steam cleaned - 2 bedroom $70 -Includes shampoo, degreaser, deoderizer!!" "No hidden fees!"

OK I call and make appointment - I reference the flyer - no problem.

They come today, husband and wife or girlfriend I assume. Look through the EMPTY 2 bedroom unit. Then proceed to tell me to "come here, step back, do you see the traffic pattern?" Of course Ii did THAT'S WHY I CALLED Them ____THE CARPET WAS DIRTY.

A young lady lived iin it for 9 months, no pets traveled for work and the carpet was brand new when she moved in.

They proceed to tell me how the BASIC just won't clean the dirt (which from my vast experience is BS I could do it with a rug doctor from Home Depot) - in the interest of my time I say "OK , How Much?"

$139 FREAKING DOUBLE!!!!!!

I asked them to leave. What a joke and what a scam in my opinion.

I own 10 houses and I received a flyer from Simply Clean which offered basic cleaning at a very reasonable price. I had him come and clean one of my houses and I found him to be extremely professional and he did a great job at the advertised price. I will definitely use him in the future for all of my carpet and tile cleaning. Outstanding service at a very reasonable price.
