Unable to contact a representative with the company in regards to my contract My last payment and communication was in October with Russell M [redacted] On Monday, February 5, I called the business (Russell) to make a payment over the phone when I received a busy signal I went to their website where it staed the site was under construction I sent an email to Russell and I haven't received a response from him

I placed a food order with this business for a party on 9/17/16. I subsequently placed an additional order for $185.50. I did not receive the 2nd order and was told that it was mixed in with the 1st order. I, along with 2 other people, counted the food items and the 2nd order was not mixed in with the first one. I filed a dispute with my bank but they said that because I authorized the charge and it was a matter of not receiving items vs. a fraudulent charge that they had to close the claim. The issue is that the 2nd order was not received, although I paid for it on the same day in advance. Before filing with the bank I tried to contact Mr. M [redacted] (the owner) but was dodged via email, text and phone. I am responding to a letter I received involving a dispute against Simply Delightful Soulfood. I am grateful that we were given the opportunity to provide feedback regarding this matter.First, a bank representative contacted me regarding a dispute of all charges from Simply Delightful to [redacted]...

[redacted]'s account. She stated that the charges were fraudulent and she had not accepted any services from Simply Delightful. I disputed her claim and sent the emails between [redacted] and myself. The bank representative stated that "[redacted] has a track record of disputing charges on her card when her account is getting ready to go into overdraft". However, the bank does investigate every claim. I urge you to contact the bank representative to validate my claim. As I informed [redacted] via email, this is ablatant attempt to smear my company's name and get a refund for services that were rendered and received.Simply Delightful Soul Food & Catering was originally contacted by [redacted] on August 11, 2016 via social media ([redacted]) messenger inbox. She then followed up her inquiry with a formal catering inquiry via our website. She sent an email on August 12, 2016 requesting a quote for a September 17, 2016 event she was hosting for her Father's Birthday. We exchanged numerous emails regarding her menu (dinner or appetizer) options and finally spoke regarding her menu on or around September 9, 2016, in which time I asked that she call the restaurant to make her deposit via credit card. I informed her that we would manually enter her credit card and we did not keep it on file therefore in accordance with our terms and conditions on the catering quote she would have call back the day before (9/16/16) to pay the balance. The deposit was made on the September 9, 2016 and her balance was paid on September 16, 2016. On September 16, 2016, [redacted] inquired about adding additional wings, crab balls and meatballs only and not spring rolls as she falsified in her complaint. I submitted a separate invoice but never indicated I would separate the food in a different pan nor did she request it. I requested that she call by noon on September 17, 2016 to pay it in full in which she did. I take these accusations very seriously and personally. In 13 years of catering and 5 years in this restaurant no one has ever accused me of anything like this and I am offended that [redacted] would fraudulently place a claim with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com).[redacted]'s story has changed numerous times. She originally told her bank that she did not order any additional food from us and that her credit card was charged without her authority. Then she stated that when she picked the food up it was refrigerator cold. When she picked up the food, she checked the food while I was there and never said it was cold. Then she said I blocked her calls and emails (which I never knew was possible to block emails). Then she said she never received the food. I immediately emailed [redacted] after the bank called me with no response then attempted to contact [redacted] via cellphone in which she blocked calls from the restaurant therefore I went to [redacted] where we originally made contact to send a message only to find out that she deleted and blocked me from access to her page. Finally, she returned my call to the restaurant blocking her number out, identifying herself and when I picked up she hung up. I called her back (after she identified herself) and my call was not answered and finally her story is she and 2 other people sat and counted the food. I find that as a remarkable lie because I know for a fact that she received more food then contracted as I personally serviced this catering menu (prep and cooked). She stated she called the night of the day after and the Monday and Tuesday after but I have no voicemail, email or messages on [redacted]. I am disputing this claim. The services were rendered at the highest quality and [redacted] received all food that was requested. It stated in her complaint that she had tried to reach me on several occasions through email, text and phone and this is simply a false statement. The bank consequently refuted her claim and did not return her money. I called [redacted] after the bank notified me of the claim, she did not respond. I also reached on [redacted] to learn that she had deleted me as a "friend'. It is obvious that this is a game she has played many times. I Rely heavily on customer feedback and word of mouth to advertise my business. Therefore, I have no other choice than to seek legal representation for defamation of character against [redacted].
