First of all, I?d like to say thank you to Robin for everything!It has taken me a week to write this review because I wanted to think of everything I needed to say. Bottom line, I could not have done this without her. My bathroom remodel turned in to a whole downstairs remodel due to flooding from a recent storm. Having to make selections for my entire house, all at the same time, was more than overwhelming to me. I have the visions in my head of what I wanted it to look like but cannot communicate them very well verbally. Robin was so patient with me. She listened to my ideas, likes, and wants and did her magic by putting them into words, so to speak. She spent hours with me making shower tile, wood flooring, granite, sinks, backsplash, fireplace stone and light fixture selections, not to mention ordering hundreds of different paint swatches for my whole house and cabinets. I didn?t realize just saying I wanted gray paint meant I had to chose from 50 shades of Gray, literally!Not only was she available by email, she would always respond to my phone calls, texts and probably a dozen pictures of things I would send her. If she couldn?t really give an opinion based on a picture she would come to my house within minutes to look in person, on her own free time. That happened on more than 3 occasions. She would not give me her opinion on something unless she was 100% sure it was the right decision, and she would not tell me something looked good just because I thought it did. She is very honest but not in a way to make you feel bad about something. Robin truly loves her job and her clients. She made me feel so at ease about making so many decisions at once. I was completely overwhelmed and dreading this process until I met Robin. My home is almost complete, I cannot wait to see the final result. Do I ever want to have to remodel again, no....but if I do, Robin will be the first person I call. I don?t feel like I?m just a ?client?, I feel like I?ve made a friend through this process. She has made it fun and kept me sane for the last three months. If someone reading this is on the fence about hiring an interior designer, do not hesitate to reach out to Robin.
