RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] ,... and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Regards, Problem: ID #11575411. - this complaint is now resolved. Maybe two weeks after filing this complaint and going to Middletown Police, the shop owner phones me and told me where to meet him. I did - my jewelry had been repaired, it was returned to me, I paid balance due and he accepted. He said he had tried calling me. If that was so, he left no message. It just so happened, on this particular day, he called.. my husband was home , and answered the phone (caller ID indicated Private Caller) thus ending my dilemma. If I had been home alone I would not have pick up not recognizing the number. Just as he returned my jewelry, I'd like to think he did the same for others. All ends well as jewelry belonged to my deceased mother. Thank you Translate Desired Outcome: None - issue resolved .
