I purchased two bedroom setsOwner was very helpful with purchase Delivery set for weeksWas told everything but smaller frame was in stock Delivery day: I get a call early afternoon letting me know the delivery window Driver shows up and I ask the driver if everything is there His response is "No, did you get a call from the owner?" I said noSo I call owner and ask what's going on and he gives me some run around that he was short on inventoryPlanned to call when they realized he was short a couple pieces, but didn'tHe said he would call me the next day when the truck got in between - "loosely" for delivery confirmationAt 2pm the next day I call the store, but owner is not availableI ask that he call me backAn hour later I call againHe starts in on his excuses that the truck hasn't shown up he doesn't know where it is and doesn't think he will get the furniture that dayFinally delivered damaged ThursdayI'm done will glue piece

I purchased two bedroom sets. Owner was very helpful with purchase.
Delivery set for 3 weeks. Was told everything but smaller frame was in stock.
Delivery day: I get a call early afternoon letting me know the delivery window.
Driver shows up and I ask the driver if everything is there.
His response is "No, did you get a call from the owner?" I said no. So I call
owner and ask what's going on and he gives me some run around that he was 1 short on inventory. Planned to call when they realized he was short a couple pieces, but didn't. He said he would call me the next day when the truck got in between 10 - 12 "loosely" for delivery confirmation. At 2pm the next day I call the store, but owner is not available. I ask that he call me back. An hour later I call again. He starts in on his excuses that the truck hasn't shown up he doesn't know where it is and doesn't think he will get the furniture that day. Finally delivered damaged Thursday. I'm done will glue piece.
