Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Simply Massage is once again speaking untruthsSocial media outlets were used and a truthful review was providedScreen shots can be provided to the Revdex.com to show the types of responses both Simply Massahes page and an employees personal page leftThe massage therapist never spoke to us on behalf of pricing or refunds - and I don't believe she is at fault for thatWhat we have here is a classic case of a business making several mistakes and still expecting to benefit financially from botched serviceSimply massage is no different than a business sending me the wrong product and expecting me to pay rfor in shipping and restock feesSimply massage received payment from our family for a couples massage from the hours of and pmThey did not deliver and are now illegally withholding a portion of those funds and claiming they are for a service we did not agree upon a price forOur credit card company has assured me all of our funds will be returned by disputing the chargeWe hoped to come to an agreement on some amount to pay simply massage so their therapist could be paid in full by us for her services, however they have done nothing but attempt to lie (saying the therapist got our agreement or charg s before beginning) and shea (withholding our refund and demanding we pay a full listing price we were unaware of) and try to colonize their customers (saying we were drinking, saying we booked the wrong appointment and they fixed it, saying we should have known to send the therapist away) claiming my husband yelled and cussed at them so they could t offer us anything, claiming their future refunds should satisfy us when we live hours away from their business and have a year old son with us when we travelLuckily other local massage companies saw simply massage behavior on [redacted] and reached out to offer us discounts and servicesIt appears they are the only business in WV silly enough to behave the way they have also, "upon further investigation" we never received any type of confirmation email of the services to be renderedOur email was for the improperly booked appointment - the call from the company charged us more to get the right appointment and no confirmation of any type was sent this our calls and emails the day of, and assumption that no one was coming what you have here iss a company upset that they were exposed for their attempted theft so upset that they continued to attack us on [redacted] and blocked accounts to get the last wordThe employees and owners just couldn't control themselvesAt one point they sent us responses back to back making allegations against usI've honestly never seen anything like itso happy we will be receiving all of our funds backSo sorry Be simply Massgae couldn't offer a viable price and understanding so they could maintain their reputation and payment Again, shame on simply massage and their owner Regards, [redacted]

The customer had called in an asked prices on May 18th 2017. He had asked if he could receive a massage from 2 therapists at once for $99. One of our representatives mentioned in the complaint had instructed the customer on packages available and said she would confirm availability for the desired...

day/time due to the weekend being a holiday thus restricting our availability. The customer proceeded to book the wrong appointment on our website and the same associate had assisted them in correcting it. Our associate then called the customer to confirm that our therapists would be there Saturday the 27th. Our website booking system automatically sends confirmation of the appointment and details of said appointment to our customers. As well as a receipt. Our staff was in a remote area for the weekend vacationing where there was no internet or service. [redacted] campgrounds. One of our therapists had no call, no showed the appointment and our other therapist arrived in the hotel lobby at 8pm where both herself and [redacted] were instructed to meet for the service. Both [redacted] and his wife decided to proceed with the appointment with the understanding of the time requirement again explain by the therapist. Upon receiving Information about Brian's situation our associate then contacted Brian. Offered him a 25% discount on future services as well as a &30 refund dropping the price the the service he received. He voice he wanted to speak with someone else. I then contacted [redacted] and offered a $37,55 refund as well as a 25% discount for him and his family or friends. He proceeded to put me on speaker phone and him and his wife cursed me. I again offered the discount and refund and he continued to curse. After offering the third time they hung up. They have sense left multiple reviews and had their friends do so on our social media websites, who haven't themselves used the service.

In response to the customer's rejection of resolution terms. Our associate had fully explained several times the prices of all available packages to the customer. Upon arrival and discovery of the situation, our therapist instructed the customers that they could cancel the appointment and receive a refund, or proceed with the appointment with the understand of time constraints explained to them. The customers, decided to proceed with the appointment with the knowledge of both the time required, and cost associate with such services. Our services, along with the prices associated with said services, are listed publicly on our website that the customer used to both schedule their appoint and pay for their appointment. Upon further investigation with our therapist, the customers were partaking in alcoholic beverages at thue time of the arrival of our therapist, and continued to partake in consumption of alcoholic beverages through there session with our therapist. After speaking with the customer to resolve the issue, we issued a $37.55 refund. We would like to be clear in the fact that our prices are both listed publicly, and displayed to the customer as a customer books an appointment, as well as explained on the phone during our confirmation stage. The price for the service paid for was $198.98 and the price for the service actually received was $169. After the refund of $37.55, the price paid for the service received is lower than our listed and displayed price of the service. This is not taking into to account the value of the discount offered to the customer for future use, or the gift card offered to the customer; both of which were declined by the customer. Since this complaint has taken place, the customers have asserted untrue facts to be true both with the better business bearu and social media outlets, affecting the reputation and thus the future revenue of our business regardless of attempts to remedy the situation with the customer. We would also like to state that we secure payment for our services before a therapist is sent to our customers. Not after the appoint as implied by the customer. We have not charged the customer after their appointment any addition charges as implied by the customer both on the better business bearu and social media outlets. The customer was explained all pricing and view pricing option on our website before payment was secured, as they both called in for more information before booking and said prices are displayed to you in order to proceed with scheduling an appointment via our website as the customer did.
