It is correct that we assisted *** *** *** on her move from *** *** *** *** to *** *** *** ***.We moved commercial mixer along with other itemsI am sorry to see that this complaint ended up here especially giving that I've been in touch with client all the time with
situation where client was not receiving e-mails at allI was very confused with that and thought that I was one who is receiving double mails by mistake, not that client was not getting anything from usClaim is started and we already sent specialist over to her place, despite that client had only basic (60cents per pound) insuranceNow we have with us part of the piece and it will be restoredClient is now in touch with us and we are working together to get best possible solution

Hello, the amount charged after was for extra itemsThe foreman told her about extra items and also the sales person did. We did not have anything signed so the client is correctWe will give her back the $since we don't written agreement only verbal. She already filed a
charge back so she should gotten the money back alreadyThe extra money is a fee that was told to her for handling cardsIt was written for and signed for it also but as a customer service gesture we will refund her that amount also since we don't want to take anything that is not oursWe will refund her and send her a copy of the receipt by email

We confirm that we did a move for *** *** *** and she was extremely satisfied with our partIt is also correct that there were some damages on the delivery endBut nothing even close to what client is asking back (I see here that she wants 1000$ refund)However we completely decline
any issues during the settlement on our end as I will show in attachmentsWe did offer 180$ to the client, along with covering all expenses they had on same damages and never heard back from the clientWe are completely open to settle it proper wayWe honored everything that we agreed with client prior to signing contract and we will do everything else needed to have client happyPlease find also attachments with damages and with my conversation with client where even she confirmed that she achieved mail from me and thought that we ignored her. Probably happened again

On the day of the move the person that made the complaint was not present, her son was thereHe decided to add more furniture then was agreed on there contractWe gave him a quote to move those items for $Her son agreed and signed to move the additional itemsWe
moved them and he signed to be charged on the same card. We are really surprised about this disputeAt the end of the move he gave us a tip and said he was really happy. The items that were not listed were: printer bagsfolding chairs computer desk large small side tables large mirror small suits case small dog gage I attached the original estimate to see that those items were not there

 My son is not an authorized user on my credit card and does not have the authority to use my credit card . I could not be present for the move because I was in the hospital and therefore no additional charges should have been added without my consent . I would like to be refunded in full for the unauthorized charges.

I have rounded it this morning and attached the receipt in the body of the email and sent our client an email also.

Review: On November ** 2015 I had movers come to my apt in queens to move my things to Long Island, before that I had left a 50 credit deposit with the company., which was on the ** of November. Anyways, the movers came set up my things, my total charge was 330 dollars, I have the mover a280 in cash to complete my charge and additional 40 dollars tip. Tonight when I check my credit card statement, it showed I was charged 280 again! They took the cash and now they charged me again.Desired Settlement: To get back my money. The money I owed them I already gave to them but they took 280 additional and they charged me without my permission.

Review: I hired this company to help me with a residential move on June **, 2015. On Sunday, July [redacted] I discovered that one of my packed boxes containing my tools (for example, hammer, screwdrivers, etc.) was missing. I contacted Simply Moving by phone on Monday, July [redacted] and spoke with Anthony who said he would pass on the information to the dispatcher. A week later after getting no response, I sent an email via the company's "Contact" link on their website and another email to the business owner, Stephen M[redacted] via [redacted]. I have yet to receive any acknowledgement of the emails or messages I've left regarding my missing box containing my tools.Desired Settlement: I want my issue to be processed through Simply Moving's claims department. I've had to contact Simply Moving regarding two erroneous charges to my [redacted] which they've already credited back to my credit card. I'm not sure if they are ignoring my calls/emails because of the previous incorrect charges, but if so those charges was their error, not mine.
